Gary K. Fowler, Jr.
Vice President
Gary holds a Professional Master HVACR and Plumbing License in Delaware and Maryland with 28 years’ experience in Industrial and Commercial mechanical systems including heating, ventilation and air conditioning design/build, chemical and process piping systems and design/build plumbing systems. Gary’s experience and numerous industrial certifications have proven invaluable in his efficient and reliable management of contract work for Dow Reichhold, PPG, State of Delaware, Comcast, NRG Energy and various other sites in Delaware and Maryland.
Will Pedicone
Project Manager
Will has over 20 years’ experience combined in the construction industry supervising, installing and troubleshooting issues in the fields of plumbing/HVAC. Having worked in service plumbing, residential new construction and commercial plumbing/HVAC, Will has a strong understanding of issues faced in the field and works diligently to be sure the projects are completed in a timely manner with high standards of excellence in workmanship.
Jason Rowe
Project Manager
Jason is extremely knowledgeable in the Mechanical/HVAC field having over 21 years of experience in the field. Having worked in the field most of his career he has great understating of what it takes to get a project to the finish line. He has worked in new construction, to retro-fitting and updating outdated equipment, to servicing and troubleshooting systems, all of which gives him a great understanding of many areas of a projects progression. Jason has a great attention to detail and holds his workmanship to a very high standard. He always leads his fellow employees from the front and by example on every project, and holds them to the same standard as himself to produce a high quality finished product to our clients.
Rich Simpler
Project Manager
Rich has over 30 years of experience in the sheet metal industry from lay out to fabricating, installing and welding. Later in his career, he moved from working in the field to Project Management where he mentored many up-and-coming mechanics. Having worked in the trade for many years, Rich has the ability to visualize a project from the start and identify any issue and then communicate a solution effectively to keep the job on schedule and on budget.
Matt Greer
Service Manager
Matt has over 15 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. Most of his career has been spent in the service department as an experienced service technician with multiple certifications in HVAC install and service. Matt also has 5 years of management experience. Using both of these together, lets Matt supervise and oversee any repair need to ensure that our clients are back up and running, with as little down time as possible.
Rich Quillen
Project Coordinator
Rich has worked in management and operations for over 10 years. As a prior business owner, he understands the commitment and dedication required behind the scenes. As a military veteran, he brings leadership and enthusiasm to the job every day.
Greg Robertson
Estimator
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business, Greg has spent the last couple years working commercial sales while learning the major influences of the plumbing and mechanical HVAC trade. He has been successful in building meaningful relationships and understanding the challenges we face in the construction industry. His experience brings an expanded knowledge of products and processes which are key factors to aid in problem solving, maintaining efficiency through projects, and meeting the needs of our clients.
Marc Patone
Estimator
Marc is a multi-generational Plumber. He completed the State of Delaware Apprenticeship Program and worked hands on for 15 years before changing directions but still staying within the trade. As Estimator at Diamond Mechanical, Marc calculates the total cost of a construction project by considering all the possible expenses. His attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough understanding the project’s requirements is what sets him apart from others.
